It was packed because of the Cotton Bowl 2025. Excellent customer service, boot selection is awesome - ostrich, caman, eel, even work boots. Very pricey, and I don't have anyone to describe their durability. But, I'd be willing to get a pair for Texas formal events.

Logan, the store manager, was truly incredible. I had an issue with a product I’d gotten branded in-store, and he went above and beyond to make it right. He took so much care, time, and effort to ensure I left completely happy. I can’t recommend him enough—I'll absolutely be going back to him for my next pair of boots.

These guys are GREAT! The best of the best. We came in unknowingly just before closing time and they helped us and treated us like friends. Jose even came out of the back and layed down a new boot shine on our two pair…AFTER THE STORE WAS CLOSED! Kudos to Jose and the whole team. Happy New Year!

Always a nice and pleasant experience every time I step into Tecovas. The team is consistently helpful, welcoming, and never pushy—which I really appreciate. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and always take the opportunity to stroll the Stockyards while I’m at it. Great boots, great service, and always a reason to come back.

We visited the Tecovas store in Fort Worth today. I originally planned to buy another brand, but since I already own a pair of Tecovas that are incredibly comfortable, I thought I’d give them another try. After trying on a few pairs (while enjoying a cold Shiner!), I found the perfect boots — they fit like a glove and are as comfortable as slippers. Patrick, the sales associate, gave us outstanding service and really took the time to help me find the right pair. I even got my initials branded on the boots, which was a great touch! Even though my wife and I are visiting from Germany, we felt completely welcome here. Patrick’s excellent service convinced my wife to buy a pair too — even though she hadn’t planned on it at all. We can highly recommend this store! If we’re ever back in Fort Worth, we’ll definitely visit again. - JD

Evrian at Tecovas was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. When our size wasn’t available, Evrian didn’t hesitate to call another Tecovas location to track it down and make it happen. Huge shoutout as well to the store manager, who was just as helpful and made the whole experience seamless and genuinely enjoyable. This is what great customer service looks like — attentive, proactive, and truly caring. Five stars, no question. We’ll absolutely be back because of this team.

Have been a day 1 fan of this brand from their very early days. Great boots, great service. Always enjoy popping in the store to check things out and their wonderful hospitality & customer service. If you don’t want to spend an arm & a leg to get quality boots that wear well, this is your one & only stop.

We really appreciated the great customer service at the Fort Worth Tecovas today! Our first time ever in Tecovas and we left with 3 pairs. We were helped by one associate the majority of the time but other workers checked on us while we were waiting. Even though the store was extremely busy when we got there they were very attentive! Highly recommended stopping by!
